The Department of Civil Engineering offers an AICTE approved one Bachelor Programme in the stream of Civil Engineering. We envision creating competent and responsible civil graduates to design, build, rebuild and maintain sustainable infrastructure in the country and guide our graduates on the path of creativity and innovation with dedicated & competent faculty members. Our department offers various skill-development opportunities to students like industrial training, workshops, and seminars to provide relevant knowledge and teach them the ethical values involved in the field of civil engineering. We encourage students to get a firm understanding of how the theory in Mathematics and Physics apply in real-life situations and help them gain practical knowledge in our well-established laboratories. We also provide scientific & industrial exposure to our students to teach them self-sustenance and thereby create industry leaders.
The primary objective of our department is to impart high-quality education and train our students to be responsible architects who contribute positively to nation-building through their eco-friendly infrastructures and projects. We strive to nurture leaders through innovative teaching techniques and provide them with the skills necessary to outshine in their work and ensure continuous career growth. The course guides students through planning, design & execution, infrastructure development, practical solutions for intricate real-world problems in the relevant field, and the ability to navigate through ethical & responsible business practices in civil engineering. After the four year program our students will acquire strong critical and analytical thinking skills to effectively & efficiently manage diverse assignments and also develop the ability to manage multiple projects while also ensuring deadlines are met on time.
